Alcohol-related accidents account for 42% of fatal car accidents during the NYE period.
NOTE: Fireworks are prohibited in the Town of Edgecliff Village
Penalties can escalate from a Class C misdemeanor (up to $500 fine) to Class B (up to $2,000 fine/jail) if damage happens.
December 2025 Water Bills are delayed due to multiple water main breaks during the reading period. Bills should be generated and mailed out this week. Late Fees have been waived for December, please ensure all bills are paid by January 31st 2026 to avoid service interruption.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – ENGINEERING SERVICES
The Town of Edgecliff Village is requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms for municipal engineering services.
Proposals are due December 19, 2025 at 2:00 PM and must be submitted to:

The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.

RECYCLING NOTICE
The current recycling bins behind City Hall will be picked up beginning November 25, 2025.
New Waste Connections recycling bins will be delivered and placed behind City Hall on December 1, 2025.
Accepted materials remain: plastic, cardboard, and paper.
Please do not drop off recyclables between Nov. 25 and Dec. 1 during the bin transition.

Solid Waste Service Update
The Town has selected Waste Connections as our new solid-waste provider. They will continue with the current pickup days and times while we work through the details of a new service contract.
Once the contract terms are finalized, the Town will distribute updated service information to all residents.

Edgecliff Village Public Works has resumed meter upgrades. With the upgraded meters there is more transparency into each residents usage down to hour by hour usage rather than usage being measured monthly. Every resident will have the same access to view usage as Utility Billing. EyeOnWater allows our residents to view their usages and set up automatic alerts regarding their usage, as well as being able to pin point exactly when a leak or high usage occurs.

City Hall is aware of an issue with being able to view the online agenda. It is currently being worked on to fix this issue.
There is a Temporary fix:
- Select the agenda you would like to view.
