Please remember to pay your bill before, or on the first working day after the 16th of each month before 4:30 P.M. CT to avoid a $20.00 penalty. To avoid water service interruption, please submit payment BEFORE 4:30 P.M. CT on the last business day of the month.

​Bank drafts are pulled two business days before the due date to ensure timely payment. 

We accept payments in cash, check, and money order. Debit and credit card transactions will have an additional service fee of 3.5%. Bills larger than $20 will not be accepted.

Keep stormwater clean. 

Report strange colors and odors in streets, gutters, or creeks.   ​

​Cash payments will ONLY  be accepted in person inside City Hall. We will not be responsible for cash, blank checks, or blank money orders deposited in the drop box.
